Delivery Policy

All orders are delivered within 7-10 business days of payment being received.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
As we know, delivery delays can occasionally occur. We will contact you via email or telephone to inform you of any delays.
Please ensure that you give us the correct contact details and address of where we will be delivering to.

Delivery costs are included in your order.
Delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within South Africa.
Deliveries are made to Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Bloemfontein, East London and Port Elizabeth city centres and there may be an extra cost to other areas. You will be notified before the delivery takes place if there are extra delivery costs incurred and how much, as this extra cost will be for you to settle.

 You will receive a Confirmation email once your order has been processed for delivery which will contain your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Bella Vita is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Bella Vita is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the Courier Service to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Delivery
We currently do not deliver outside of the Republic of South Africa.

Returns Policy
Please note that there are no refunds, returns or exchanges possible after the order has been processed or delivered.
