Terms & Conditions
No Payments will be accepted on the day of the festival.
50% deposit required to secure stall.
Balance of payments to reflect 7 days before date of festival.
If not cancelled or rescheduled due to weather or other possible reasons, by the Festival Organizer (Eileen Lange), there will be no refund.
Each stall to supply own gazebo, tables, counters and chairs.
Food stalls to ensure a generator for backup purposes.
There is power therefore bring own leads of about 20m long. Make sure leads are in good working condition.
Bring own lights, preferably battery-operated lights.
Food stalls are to have their own fire extinguisher and COA visible.
Covid protocols to be followed.
Set up will be done the day before and breakdown at 22:00 on the day, even if stall is sold out before.
Management has the right to remove stall if products do not correspond with the application.
